I can’t find my MLS during signup. What do I do?
If you do not find an MLS in this list please contact us at support@propmix.io. We find the following common situations:
- Certain MLS data is available through a different MLS (a “parent” MLS) and we might not have listed all the “child” MLSs in our signup list and if so, we can verify that.
- Agents and brokers are sometimes members of the MLS via their local realtor associations. In such cases, you may be searching for a realtor association instead of the MLS. We can help identify the MLS to use for your realtor association.
After we go through the above scenarios and we are still not able to find the MLS in our list we will work with you to identify the correct MLS and request & obtain the data access on your behalf.
We are constantly working with various MLSs in the country to get access to listing data within the permissions as granted by the MLSs. We have a separate MLS acquisition and compliance team that has a deep understanding of the MLS rules and regulations for data use and this team team governs all our MLS data usage.
